G – Who is Cody Chan in the Gunpla, Plamodels Modelers World? And where do you come from?
C – Hi, I am Cody Chan, I come from Hong Kong.
G – When did you start building Gunpla?
And when did you made your first Custom?
C – I start building Gunpla when I was 11 years old in 1982, my first gunpla is [300Yen] 1/144 Gouf,at that time,I just painted my model by poster colour…. Ha Ha! No kidding is using poster colour haven’t dilute with water.(It is a Wrong way!!!! Because the poster colour will never Dry!!!!)
And my first Custom work is 1/144 Z Gundam, I just put the Zeta’s head onto the Gundam Mark 2’s body~~~ XDD
G – Do you have some inspiration for your creations?
C – Ah…. I think my inspirations come from 80’s animation, (Macross, Five Star Stories, Votoms, Dragonnar…..etc)
G – After you have finished snap-fitting a model, from where do you start to mod it?
C – I always starting to custom the head first, then , the body, legs, arms, the back pack
G – What do you think about Gunpla in all the World? modelers, attitude, modelers behavior etc..
C – Ah….. I don’t have any comments about these…….. Sorry
G – What do you think about GBWC Event?
C – I think it is a good chance to the worldwide modeller to show there works !!!!
G – Please some advices for modelers that wanna start building a gunpla or other plamodel for the very first time!
C – I think young modelers should build what they like, more custom works can makes you more creative,
on the others hand , the basic Skill is also important!!!! Now, bandai models are too perfect, not much chance to practice basic skills!
First Grade model is a good choice for young modelers!!

C – My latest project is Full Scratch Build 1/5 Black Widow bust ,Yes,I have scratch build figure, not only building Gunpla at the same time , I have started HG beargguy convert to Godam (70’s Super Robot)
