It is definitely NOT Revoltech, the misunderstanding about Kaiyodo thing sprungs from the link for a website at the bottom part of the pic, which is actually the website for WonderFestival (which is held by Kaiyodo).

The article say it is a new figure from GoodSmile Company & Max Factory (the companies that make figma) although the word “figma” does not appear in the article (so far) so it could be a new line altogether.
