Title: “Fang of the Sun Dalgoog” Amazing kitbash by EXTEND. Based on 1/60 and 1/100 Gelgoog: many images, full info
From the Modeler:
MG Gelgoog 2.0
I tried putting the body of the old 1/48 kit (1983) on the Gelgoog.
I wonder if this can be called mixing…
The old kit was a gift from a friend, but there were many missing parts and I was wondering what to do with it, when by chance I got hold of a junk Gelgoog and tried making it.
Since there were some missing parts, I made it with the setting that it had been remodeled.
The armpits, upper arms, thighs, etc. still have traces of the Gelgoog.
I removed the smoke discharger on the right side of the cockpit and replaced it with a 12.7mm anti-material rifle, and installed a 30mm coaxial machine gun at the throat. There were no missile pods, so I made a commercially available one and mounted it on the turbo sack.
The missiles are from the missile launcher of the MG Ground Combat GM.
I only added a little detail to the turbo sack.
I was thinking of using normal legs, but they looked a bit flimsy so I made Gelgoog legs more square.
I thought that a 20mm chain gun on the back of the hand would be impossible given the design structure, so I attached twin 20mm Gatling guns to the arms.
