introducing a review of HGUC 1/144 Zeta Plus (test machine image color)
HG Zeta Plus (test machine image color) is a 1/144 scale model kit of the test machine image color of “Zeta Plus A1” from “Gundam Sentinel”. Reproduce the characteristic coloring that matches the Gundam Sentinel items in recent years with molding colors. A water transfer decal peculiar to the operation test machine by the Yugo support organization “Karaba” is also included. The price is 2,750 yen (tax included). This item is limited to Premium Bandai.
以上です。赤と白の成型色は通常のグレーのゼータプラスとは異なり、主役機らしい華やかさが感じられます。あくまでテスト機仕様ですが、アムロのロゴも付属しているなど、ちょっとした特別仕様機感やヒロイックさが感じられるのがいいですね。
欠点的には、UC版と全く同じ形状のカラバリキットでしかないので、新規で何かしらのオプション装備などが付属していると良かったかと。あと、MS形態時の可動域はお世辞にも広いとは言えないので、もう少し柔軟性があればポージングに面白みも出たかもですね。
UC版とはガラリと変わった鮮やかなカラーパターンが楽しめますし、ウェイブライダー形態変形時のカラーリングも独特。思った以上に見栄えのするキットでした。
