B★J’s semi-scratch build Core Booster with GM (Sleggar) from Cucuruz Doan’s Island. Images, wip, info and credits

I made the core booster that appears on the Cucuruz Doan’s Island It took about 4 months of hard work I didn’t just use the old kit and make it quickly (lol) I only used the fuselage part, so it was almost scratch-built. Well, I was prepared for it after looking at other builders’ works and HJ’s examples
(Sleggar GM…It’s a normal straight build.)
This is the kit that I took the parts from to make it. The main wings are from the Fighting Falcon, and the propellant tank is from the Intruder.
You know, the propellant tank. It was too big as it was in the kit, so I narrowed it down a bit. I used masking tape for curved surfaces to make the curved surface.
This is the booster part. I reused a 30mm optional part. I formed the tip with epoxy putty, and used poly putty to fill the mold.
This is the handle part. I combined 3mm plastic rods and plastic pipes, and used a saber handle for the grip.

The last one is a popular one these days? (lol) I used a Digirama Maker😊 Is the flight altitude a bit too high?! (lol)
