As the Gryps War intensified, the enemy forces introduced new machines such as transformable MS, which caused the Hyaku Shiki’s performance to become obsolete, so I imagined creating a machine that would be updated with improved mobility and other features to give it the ability to counter it.
Unlike the Hyaku Shiki Kai, I wanted to give the feel of a custom machine while retaining most of the Hyaku Shiki’s design, so I basically created it by pasting parts on top of the kit.
I wanted to give the impression of greatly increasing propulsion to counter transformable MS, so I added nozzles in various places.
The large, raised chest area gives the impression of a stronger generator than the original machine.
